You guys might want to get on that. That is, if you’re looking forward to reliving your sexually frustrated, acne-scarred high school years. Which I mean, all the more power to you. I’ll admit that I’ve considered, briefly, the relative merits of Kirk vs. Picard. And yes, I spent the better part of last winter watching the original run of Star Trek movies. No doubt I’ll be dipping my toes into the later-era The Next Generation seasons–so no judgment here. But seriously, those last few seasons of The Next Generation are probably the greatest seasons of science fiction committed to television.
