I enjoyed the first Sherlock Holmes. It wasn’t really a classic Holmes story but it had fine qualities that made it a fun movie either way.
They decided to take the deducing down a notch and make Holmes a more action-oriented sort of guy, and it worked for the movie. If you can keep in mind that these new Sherlock Holmes movies are action-thrillers and not simply murder mysteries, you wont go away displeased.
Now that you know that these movies are action oriented, you can watch the trailer below with enjoyment! It looks like we will finally get a good look at Holmes’ greatest enemy, Professor Moriarty. I’m hoping theres some sort of crazy twist in the movie like Moriarty is actually someone else pulling the strings and the guy they think is Moriarty is just a pawn, that would make for some good twistings!
