Entertainment Weekly has just released a few photos from Peter Jackson’s upcoming 48 frame per second movie, The Hobbit.
These are the first photos we’ve seen of Martin Freeman in full hobbit garb looking extremely Bilbolicious. Click the images to see the original Entertainment Weekly article:

Peter Jackson going over some key points about how to be the best hobbit Martin Freeman can possibly be! Also, check out Martin Freeman’s massive hobbit feet!
Sir Ian McKellen comes back as Gandalf, it wouldn’t be the same without him. He looks just as ancient and wizardy as before!
The Hobbit comes out in theaters December 14, 2012. They are filming in 3D using 48 frame-per-second cameras. Just so everyone knows, the standard frame rate for motion pictures is 24 frames-per-second. This will be the first of two movies, the first based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit and the second being taken from notes that Tolkien apparently made for a potential second Hobbit book that never came to fruition.
